I was quite impressed with the success that ONX-Makopress has experienced as such a small business. With Andre's technical background and Martina's background in journalism and public relations, they have combined forces to create a very efficient business model. They do not wish to hire any more employees because they do not like the philosophy or the burden of hiring and firing people. They are both experts in their fields - Andre in website design and technology, Martina in writing and editing. Andre and Martina were lucky enough not to suffer from the worldwide economic recession because of the PR work they do for guilds, which is always a steady source of income. The two always have a project on which they are working, and Martina and Andre are enjoying the rewards of the hard work they put into this small media firm.
